Eleven elephants, eleven floors, one store detective. Beginning with the first and all the way up, each floor is a different department beginning with the letter L (Lipsticks, Lollipops, Lemonade, and so on.) Imagine the chaos the elephants cause in each department, and you'll enjoy the illustrations and alliteration inside this book.

Bethany Roberts and Patricia Hubbell are both from Connecticut and have written many children's books.
