Summary of this Book...
Another fascinating trilogy. Three women meet at a crossroads. Stella's world crumbled when her husband died in a plane crash, leaving her with two adorable children, Gavin and Luke. After a few years of grief, she made the drastic decision to move from Michigan to Memphis, Tennessee, where her father and her stepmother lived.

When she applied for the job of manager at In the Garden, she had no idea that her life would be turned completely upside down, in a good way. Rosalind Harper, her new employer, made Stella and the kids move into the Harper House, in order to get to know them better and to see if Stella was good for the job.

The Harper House, more of a mansion, was said to have a ghost in it. The Harper Bride they called her, but Stella dismissed the lore quickly, not believing in ghosts.

When she met Logan Kitridge on the job, she found him irritating and ignorant and had a few disagreements with him. Because they both worked for Roz, Stella decided to accept Logan's offer to visit Graceland and perhaps make peace with him. What she didn't bank on was to form an attachment to him.

In the midst of it all, the Harper Bride, the ghost of the manor, showed her presence to her while singing each night to Stella's two boys at bed time. Getting to the bottom of it, Stella opened a Pandora's Box trying to get to the bottom of it.
I especially liked...
I fell in love with the book and its characters right from the start. Stella's a control freak who loves her charts, maps, any kind of sheet that would make her life easier, while Logan is the complete opposite, but as in real life, opposites do attract.
The author of this Book...
Another fascinating read by Nora Roberts!
I recommend this Book because...
Ghosts are not a thing of the past and people believe in them. It's a supernatural thing, but more of the every day kind where I person can almost relate to it. If you love stories about ghosts and knowing their history, In the Garden trilogy is definitely the type of series you'd enjoy.
Further Comments...
Stories about ghosts and how they fit into the daily life have always fascinated me. Nora definitely has a knack for adding the unusual to her books and it'd be a shame, if you're a romance reader, not to read this.
