Murder Under Construction is a hilarious book. Jo Ravens has a habit of finding dead bodies. The latest body was found at a construction site where Jo's sister, Pepper's two children were playing.

Jo hopped on her nephew's bike and tried to jump over a huge mound of dirt. She crashes the bike and lands on a naked girl with a knife in her chest.

Jo wants a new career and decides to open a Private Detective agency ~ Two Sisters and a Journalist with her sister Pepper and a journalist friend, Jackie.

Things turn scary when the dead girl appears in Jo's dreams giving her clues to her murder.

While investigating the murder Jo is also trying to lose the sixty pounds with the help of her sister, Pepper.

The characters were lifelike and fully developed.
