Elizabeth Gilbert's true story of her path to recovery after a divorce, and her journey to become satisfied with her life.

While I don't think that everyone would enjoy this book, or get the same level of enjoyment out of it - I think there's a little something in here that would be good for everyone.

The linguistic tidbits and fun facts.

A lot of the book was self reflection and personal experiences, but as she learned things in her travels she would share them - and some of these were very interesting tidbits.

Travel.

If I could learn so many things through someone else's journey, it made me wonder what I could learn about the world and myself on my own travels.

Has a very open and engaging style of writing that is conversational, but holds nothing back.

It is inspiring. It feels a little trite to say that because that's something so many people did say - but there's a reason.
