This type of Book is good for...
Anyone who likes slow, realistic fantasy as seen through the eyes of a child.
I especially liked...
I liked that the tone was so authentic to childhood.
I didn't like...
There was more tell than show in some parts, as well as many things that got repeated in the long sections of exposition (which is also pretty authentic to childhood - so double edged sword.)
When I finished n/a this Book I wanted to...
Spend more time with the kids that I'm looking after.

Although I had some issues with it, I really haven't read any books like it, which is somewhat rare on its own.
I don't recommend this Book because...
It is a little slow, it may not be for the casual reader.
