Young people or people looking for basic, accessible leadership and success advice. It is Christian based and mentions God regularly.

That the information was clear and easily understandable. I also liked that the author encourages us to lean on God.

I listened to this as an audiobook so I can't say if it was a mistake by the author or the narrator, but there were a couple of places where there seemed to be an error. For example, there was a part that warned away from building your "horse on shifting sands." Uhh...Hilarious, but I assume they meant "house." But as I don't have the print version, I can't say whose mistake it was. However, any minor mistakes didn't take away from the content. I am near the author's age so much of this advice, while good, wasn't new to me.
I think this is better for younger people. Finally, the narrator wasn't my favorite, either. But she's not terrible.

Clearly loves God and definitely wants us to succeed. She put her heart into this book and wishes us all the success we can have.

It's got good information that is easy to understand.

I based my "Usefulness" rating on this book for a younger reader. While I knew most of the stuff in here already, for someone half my age, this could be a helpful resource.
