Summary of this Book...
Inside the head of Stephen King is where this book takes you. He shares his life and how it influenced his writing. Words are written in honest details of what happened to him from childhood to adulthood. What he has learned about writing, where he got his education, and what he does regularly to continue his education will encourage readers and writers to continue to read and write.

Examples are used to explain his techniques. He details a writing day and setting during different stages of his writing journey. This is an adventure I'm glad I embarked on with Stephen King.

The scariest part of this book is about his challenging time after a serious accident.
This type of Book is good for...
Readers and writers can benefit from Stephen King's advice and his story about writing because it shows readers how he creates his stories and teaches writers the tools he uses to write his stories.
I especially liked...
The best part of this book is everything. The way he presented his writing story is to me like he is tutoring me. The examples help me understand the tools he uses. He is encouraging me to read and write.
I didn't like...
I don't have a dislike as much as I was sad to discover some parts of his life experiences.
When I finished n/a this Book I wanted to...
After reading the last word I wanted to start reading this book again.
This Book made me feel...
I now believe that I can write and as I learn and practice this art form and skill, I will become a better writer.
The n/a of this Book...
As long as I have this book, I will have Stephen King's encouraging words to guide me on my reading and writing adventures.
I recommend this Book because...
Reading this will uplift the spirit, and help readers become better at understanding stories and other literature forms, help writers have a tool chest of techniques they can use, give them insight and help to create better stories, and provide the needed support for times when the writer needs encouragement.
I don't recommend this Book because...
For someone who wants action and adventure, it is in this book, but it's not like action adventure movies.
Further Comments...
This book is a combination of autobiography, memoir of the craft, how to write, psychological insight, and an adventure into the life of Stephen King I'm glad I went on with him. I am a detail type of person and was well satisfied with what I found in this book, however, more details are welcome.
