I can be considered a medium distance runner. So what is that? I run six miles each, a few times per week. That's my therapy! Lover of traveling. Been through several parts of Europe, The Netherlands, Asia and on a domestic level, about thirty-eight of the fifty States in The US.

It may appear really basic, but Tom Petty says it perfectly in a tune called "Crawling To You." It's a quote that I need to keep in mind when unwanted anxiety creeps up. "Most things I worry about never happen anyway."

Eclectic. However some of my true faves are Bob Marley, and amazing guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Beck. Love music from Blues to 70s Soul to Classic Rock&Roll to Southern Rock to Neil Young to Alfred Brenner's Beethoven
