A father, before he died, said to his daughter: “this is a watch your grandfather gave me and it is more than 200 years old.

But before I give it to you, go to the watch shop, the first one you find, and tell them I want to sell it, and see how much he offers you”.

She went, and then came back to her father, and said, "the watchmaker offered 5 dollars because it's old”.

He said to her : “go to the coffee shop”.

She went and then came back, and said: “They offered $5, father”.

“Now go to the museum and show that watch”.

She went then came back, and said to her father “They offered me a million dollars for this piece!!”

Her father said: “I wanted to show you that the right place/people value you in the right way.”

Don't find yourself in the wrong place and get angry if you are not valued.

Those that know your value are those who appreciate you. Never stay in a place where nobody sees your value".

Similarly with poetry we become aware of our worth and try to create an environment that helps us enhance our self worth.

And Know our worth.

The most common activity among humans is not what you think...................Vital Energy theft

We are mostly energy, in more or less dense forms, and we burn it every day. When you don't know how to do it in a healthy and natural way, you steal from others.
Humans are mired in this relentless energy struggle, and an unconscious competition that explains many conflicts, situations, and behaviors.

* The Intimidator :-- steals energy by shouting anger, opprimant, threatening, imposing, striking.
Fear, indeed, empty the meridian of the kidneys, seat of the vital energy stock and original energy. The intimidator now has to recover the energy that escapes violently and completely.

* The Interrogator :-- steals energy by questioning anything. Children subconsciously use this technique. Adults use it out of curiosity, jealousy, to find the fault and better rabaisser or criticize.
This mechanism empty the earth element ( Meridians of the stomach and spleen), seat of self-confidence, the meridian of the gallbladder (concentration, imagination, reflection), and the meridian of the master of the heart (interaction with others ) because here personal borders are violated.*

* The Indifferent :-- steals energy by renfermant itself, leaving the other if to question and wonder what is wrong, or even to feel guilty.
This technique empties the meridians of the earth element (Self-confidence, anxiety / spleen).

*The Plaintiff :-- steals energy by complaining and telling his misfortunes at length.
Everything is black, and he / she needs to let him know the whole world to get better.

I'm guessing you're putting names on these profiles " this is exactly my husband / companion! " oh yes, my mother does this all the time! "...... very well!

Be aware of the energy thieves, small and large.

But now, think about your personal case!

Do you recognize any of these descriptions?
If yes, it's time to change the technique.
Relationships with your entourage will be great...

How to accumulate energy without stealing it from others?
• Breathing deeply
• Capture Plant Energy (Forest walks, plants at home)
• Walking Barefoot in natural places, or on hot natural materials (Wood, wool)
• Eating live feed (Fruit, vegetables, sprouts, algae)
• Increase His positive thoughts
• Sorting out relationships (avoiding energy vampires and manipulators)
• Exercising (not necessarily sports, it's just moving! )

The Energy Fields of living beings are constantly interwoven, Interwoven and influencing.

Do yourself some good, and do good to others, and you won't steal it.

"As we think, so we become" said Lord Buddha. "Sow a thought and….reap a destiny" .

A king was touring his kingdom on his elephant. Suddenly he stopped in front of a shop in the market and said to his minister, "I don't know why, but I want to hang the owner of this shop." The minister was shocked. But before he could ask the king why, the king had moved on. The next day, the minister went to that shop dressed as one of the locals to see the shopkeeper. He casually asked him how his business was faring. The shopkeeper, a sandalwood merchant, reported sadly that he had hardly any customer. People would come to his shop, smell the sandalwood and then go away. They would even praise the quality of the sandalwood but rarely buy anything. His only hope was that the king would die soon. Then there would be a huge demand for sandalwood for performing his last rites. As he was the only sandalwood merchant around, he was sure the king's death would mean a windfall.

The minister now understood why the king had stopped in front of this shop and expressed a desire to kill the shopkeeper. Perhaps, the shopkeeper's negative thought vibration had subtly affected the king, who had, in turn, felt the same kind of negative thought arising within.

The minister; a noble man, pondered over the matter for a while. Without revealing who he was or what had happened the day before, he expressed a desire to buy some sandalwood. The shopkeeper was pleased. He wrapped the sandalwood and handed it over to the minister.

When the minister returned to the palace, he went straight to the court where the king was seated and reported that the sandalwood merchant had a gift for him. The king was surprised. When he opened the package, he was pleasantly surprised by the fine golden color of the sandalwood and its agreeable fragrance. Pleased, he sent some gold coins to the sandalwood merchant. The king also felt sorry in his heart that he had harboured unbecoming thoughts of killing the shopkeeper.

When the shopkeeper received the gold coins from the king, he was astounded. He began to proclaim the virtues of the king who had, through the gold coins, saved him from the brink of poverty. After some time, he recalled the morbid thoughts he had felt towards the king, and repented for having entertained such negative thoughts for his own personal goal.

If we have a good and kind thought for another person, that positive thought will come back to us in a favorable way. But if we harbor evil thoughts, those thoughts will come back to us as retribution.

"What is Karma?" asked wise man .

Many replied, "our words, our deeds, our feelings, our actions......"

Wise man shook his head and said

"Your thoughts are your Karma!"

1. " This Life is what You make it. No matter what, you are going to mess up sometimes, it's a Universal Truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up. People will be your friends - they'll act like it anyway. But just REMEMBER - Some come, Some go. The ones that STAY WITH YOU through EVERYTHING - THEY - ARE Your TRUE Friends. DO NOT - Let Go of them...."

2. " When one Door of Happiness closes, Another Opens - But often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been OPENED for us..."

3. " What Lies BEHIND Us and What lies BEFORE Us are - TINY matters compared to what Lies WITHIN Us......."

And If We Must ALWAYS Remember....

4. " For Attractive Lips - SPEAK words of Kindness....
For Lovely Eyes - SEEK out the Good in People .....
For a Slim Figure, SHARE your Food with the Hungry....
For Beautiful Hair - Let a child RUN her/ his fingers through it Once a Day....
For Poise - WALK with the Knowledge that you NEVER Walk alone......

PEOPLE - MORE Than Things - HAVE TO BE to be RESTORED,RENEWED,REVIVED,RECLAIMED and REDEEMED.

REMEMBER - If you EVER Need a Helping Hand - You Shall find one at the end of Each of YOUR Arms....

And As you GROW Older - You SHALL Discover that You have -
TWO HANDS - ONE for Helping Yourself and The Other - for HELPING Others...."

AMEN to that....

1. “Because even though the Truth can set you free, that does not mean it shall not be painful…”.

2. “If it can be destroyed by the Truth, it deserves to be destroyed by the Truth…..”.

3. “Don’t spoil me with your lies, Love me with your Truth……”.

4. “There is nothing so powerful as Truth - and often nothing so strange…”

5. The Truth does not change according to our ability to stomach it…..”.

And A Lesson Learnt…….

6. “ The wounded child inside many males is a boy who, when he first spoke his Truths, was silenced by a patriarchal world that did not want him to display his emotions as boys are supposed to be strong and not supposed to cry. The wounded child inside many females is a girl who was taught from early childhood that she must become something other than herself and deny her true feelings, in order to attract and please others. When Men and Women punish each other for Truth telling, we reinforce the notion that lies are better. To be loving we willingly hear the other’s Truth, and MOST IMPORTANT,we affirm the value of Truth telling. Lies may make people feel better, but they DO NOT help them to know LOVE...."

I BOW TO THAT…..
