Um, feeling blah today. Like not down blah but not upitty either. just like hey I can do this and that but I don't feel like doing this and that. But I can't sit still but I don't feel like moving. Like what??!!
Sounds like what I call inertia anxiety - I feel for ya! *Yikes* Sometimes doing one pushup or standing up and stretching or jumping up and down or forcing yourself to do something (anything!) physical can be helpful to break out of it's grip. If you can't do something physical, maybe turn on some music and sing along really loud? *Bigsmile* I wish you well!
