i get into problems like you but whenever I post a question in newsfeed someone sends me an email saying it was not the proper place to place the question. Where is the proper place to place a question?
I don't think most people mind answering a question here but there are also the Technical discussion forum and the General discussion forum that are there for everyday type of queries like these. Details can be found at the top under Writing.com101.
Hope that helps.
As for images attached to reviews - you need to buy or obtain an image from a sig/image shop - look under 'shop' on the left to find some. Once you have one or two, you create a signature under the 'manage my account' section which then leaves an image in your reviews. Someone on one of the forums will give you a better description *Bigsmile*

SO terribly sorry today's question is so late! However, I have a question for you! Where in the world is your favourite place to write? Most original and awesome answer gets a free review (no GP's to pay) from me! I will review any piece of writing no matter how long or weird or whatever! Write on! *Cool* Also, how do i make a signature???

My favorite place to write is square in the middle of my living room, on the left end of the couch. Doesn't seem like this would be the best place, as there's husband, husband's brother (a house guest until other arrangements can be made), two female cats that occasionally fight my computer for my lap and fairly often my brain battles with whatever TV show blairs from the big screen opposite me. It doesn't seem very 'authorish,' my location of choice, I know. In fact, I've even gone into the extra bedroom we have in the back of the house where it's really quiet, set it all up with a comfy place to curl up, a door to shut whenever I want. But, I seem to thrive on the noise and continuous struggle to maintain a coherent stream of thought. I don't know, maybe when I get better or more serious maybe, I'll move into the back bedroom, but I think I'm going to have to find a way to climb inside a story completely so that I can have the company of the characters and hear their voices... Sort of looking forward to that now that I've said it or wrote it out loud ;)
ladyloves2write what an incredible answer wow and reneef ok i will check it out!
Today's Question....

Who (a person) in your life is your biggest inspiration? Post in the comments below!
My Grandmother Alice was my biggest inspiration. She made sure I had everything I needed and some of my wants. She taught me the value of hard work and to not make excuses for not doing what you want to do in life. She went from cleaning houses in the 50s and 60s to working 40 years at a Hospital. Her work ethic motivates me everyday. R.I.P. "Sexy Granny" January 24, 2010. Gone but never forgotten.
This changes for me routinely. I would have to say that at the moment it is the President, because probably more than any other person alive today, he has risen above more difficulties than one could imagine to become the leader of the best country on earth.
Really fantastic answers everyone! I would have to say that my favorite answer came from Sunshine. She worded her answer excellently and even added a bit of humor to a serious question. Excellent job. I'm sure your Grandma is smiling in heaven right now (:
The Winner of my daily question will be revealed at 6:00 p.m. Don't miss 750 GPS to the winner!!
So someone recently paid for a 3 month upgraded membership for me. To whoever you are, thank you so much. I will not disappoint!

I agree Stephanie people are quite fantastic!
I'd like to ask the community a question.... What inspires you? What drives you not only to write but to get out of bed every morning and just...try!? Everyone comment and I will give the best answer 750 GP! Comment away. (:

Awesome answers so far guys!
The reason I write and what I write about has less to do with choice, it seems. I write because I have an inconsolable need to do so. I need to get my story, my thought down in writing.

I used to be an artist, or maybe I still am. But, I used to sell my art as a career, of sorts. Something happened, as things have a way of doing. And, the need to create has rearranged itself; disappeared deep down somewhere and rebirthed itself into another form. Now, a good deal of my life is consumed with words: which ones to use, how to place them; how to convey emotion, intangible things, the sense of a place; how to elicit emotion.

It's odd, I'm finding similarities in how this new desire, form of create is manifesting. Much like the way I was as an artist with paint and clay, while what others say about how I write and what I write about matters to me, a great deal actually, it isn't the reason I'll choose to continue or not.

The only questions I deal with now is how to do a better job of it.
my new baby daughter is good motivation for me.shes my world.i want to c her every moment and like to think wen shes oldr she will c things i do from dishes to writing and think to herself, thats my mom!
