Yep, worked fine... weird i got your first message "hi" on im but cant get the rest. the "news" thing, i dont know what else we are if we are, really, if you want to remain formal. Journal is formal and more like Post and Board but its a collection of articles not just one by one. Just saying Scholarly implies a Academic writing or collection of writing. Board is saying posting. Blog is comment,
I only sent a hi.
In other shorter words:


Newsletter, board, forum, article: are for one at a time


Newspaper, blog, journal, scholarly, are for a collection


Anyway, I cant think of another way to put news. Post is another word for board cant be a verb or not. Board sounds incomplete, scholarly does too. Cardinal is okay, would like to have a cardinal bird with it, but not the exact one for va (copyright), what else, commonwealth is okay, just specifiy the place

If we are updating current non fiction information we are technically displaying news. If we do it hard copy (as in paper format) we are a newspaper. If we send out articles (as in rss for example) we are a newsletter--to which people can work or subscribe to. If we are informal, and just wnat people to comment, we are a blog or journal. Business have blogs and comment boards but that isnt their primary focus, its just an application to their business to attract people (depends on the purpose)
