I have new neighbors...I don't know how I won them...I didn't even buy a ticket. UGH
So nice to know that after all these years on this site there are still some "old timers" who are still alarmingly attracted to writing stories that touch the heart.

Why do these weather forecaster embellish and add so much drama in their weather forecasts? Pencils in their ears, eyes scanning numerous papers and print out sheets in front of them as if they are trying to decipher Chinese Math equations.I Sport Jackets off with white sleeves rolled up and the bigger the storm the higher those sleeves go up their arms and less not forget the unloosening of the Winsor knot tie!..I can just imagine the number of personal events cancelled due to their impending apololetic forecast and storms of the century on our doorstep..I say each time they are wrong take away X amount dollars from their salary...Bet they would be a bit more frugal in their Shakespearean stage performances.

I know, the hype is incredible. About 3 inches of snow then sleet is what we have so far. When I was a calf we snorted at twice this much. It's weather. Deal with it. lol. Snowfall of mammoth proportions my hindquarters!

I think these field goals kicked in the NFL should have a maximum distance they can be kicked for points. In other words points should only occur once your in your opponents end of the field. Soon they'll be kicking the ball for points from their own 20 yard line. These kickers are getting stronger and stronger and you see kickoffs travel 70 or 80 yards easily...just a matter of time you see field goal attempts of 70 yards..Cross the midfield first then you can kick the heck out of it..sorry, just me venting because those NE Patriots won on a 56 yard FG against the NY Football Giants.
