I am not addicted to the internet, but it is very convenient. I get so busy sometimes that I am lucky to enjoy it! It is probably down more than I am aware of. I also share my laptop with my 7 and 10 year old girls that are homeschooled. It is something that I have to make time for like anything else. I am bad at making time for myself. But trying to get better.
