Hello Writing.com Community!

I have amazing news! I have had a piece published on Elephant Journal as of yesterday afternoon!

I would so appreciate it if members of Writing.com would go to the link and then share on social media, via email, etc to help me get it out there. I broke my wrist and just recently I am able to type well again...but working as a nurse is not in the cards for me at this time...so, I WRITE! YAY!
The piece at the other end of the link was generated as I reflected on President Obama's farewell address. It is non-partisan and literally offers thoughts on where we are as a people, and what I believe it means to BE an American; as a dynamic personal practice.

So, I worked last night, 12 hours, and another 12 hours start at 1845. But I had to write in my notebook to post a sincere offering of gratitude for all of the kind words, inspiring reviews, and WOAH...3 month membership upgrade as an anonymous gift. I hope this is is the right place to write this. I will work on Monday to get to know this site better. The money spent, and the gesture offered, on my behalf will not be in vain! Stay tuned!
