It is with a sad heart, but in a way relieved. Our mother passed away today at 2:20 pm with all her kids there. She went very peacefully.

Well folks, I’m having trouble writing this now, but should have a while back. My Mother-in-law, Francie, passed away in February. She had Alzheimer’s and died from heart failure. She was my 3rd grade teacher at our elementary school. Now our mother, Regina, had a rough two to three months. She’s 86 and has congestive heart failure, and many other complications. She’s been out of the hospital since May 25th. She’s at home with Hospice care and getting morphine increased today.
I feel it’s only a day? Or a few, but who knows? We thought she would have passed already. But only the Father Almighty knows truthfully. My wife and daughters were going to Alabama for a week or so and threw a monkey wrench in their plans.

Please keep our mother in your prayers if you’re a spiritual person. I am sorry for this sad news, but wanted to get some prayers going for Mom.

We have enjoyed our time with her, and know she’s in good hands.
