Valentines Day and romance reminded me of a not very Valentiny but emotionally charged film tarring Sir Dirk Bogarde, THE WIND CANNOT READ, which is a wartime drama, old fshioned I suppose by today' standards, but everyone lapped it up back then when WW2 was fresh in everyone's mind.
