I've added a new item to my portfolio:
This a fragment of a story that came to me last night, and kept me awake most of the night fitting bits and pieces together. |
I've added a new entry to my book, "Invalid Item"  : "Invalid Entry" It's taken some time to complete the editing process, but here it is. This pretty much completes part one, thirteen chapters, approximately 32K words. If you haven't had a chance to read the updated chapters, please do, there's a lot of new material added. I've created the chapters as new documents so you can get additional review points. Thank you for taking the time to read my work! |

Continuity edit. This is one of the first Allotrope stories I wrote and the stories written after this one changed some features of his diet. In reading through all the stories, this is set in the earliest periods of Allotrope's life, before he has an appreciation of certain avian creatures and the burdens they bear. |

Major rewrite of Chapter 12. My fault completely. Wrote the whole thing in 3rd person. Oy. Just. Oy. *headdesk* Anyway, it was an opportunity to clean up some sections that seemed to be a bit awkward and added some more detail to the end. |

| 2028313 This last chapter (#9) took a bit of time to get out of my head and into the keyboard. Some family wrassling screwed up my muse for a couple of days, then had to work my way through a couple of conversations that were difficult at best. I've had to start a character list so I can keep names straight. A couple are fairly close-sounding, and if I'm away from the keyboard too long, they run together. Still not family, yet. Sort of like calling your cousin "Hey you". |
