Thank you . But I need help ! .How in the world I be able to start opening the so called "Create an I item when I could not even get to open it...tech support is not helping .I need to write...
I'm so sorry for the delayed response! I'm super behind on my e-mails and didn't see this. *Frown*

Okay, try going to the left side where it says "Portfolio." Click that, then at the top it says, "Create an Item." Click that. Then under "Free Membership" on the left it says, "Static Item." Click that. It should bring you to the page to start your story or poem.

Did that work for you? If not, what's happening and at what step?
