I don't generally post things, but I'm trying to finish an entry for "Weekly 1000 words or less"  and looks like there are no entries yet for this week!

I've been on the site for a while now but haven't been able to create anything for years now...feel stuck and uninspired even when looking at a writing prompt. I'd love to be able to start writing again just can't find a path that leads there...does anyone have thoughts/ideas on what I might do/try to get the creativity flowing again?
Contests and deadlines.

Mostly deadlines.
Maybe don't start from scratch, possibly something you started on that is not quite done. Or take something you did finish, and take it in another direction. Best of luck.

Just wanted to thank whomever gifted me an upgrade a few months ago. I don't get on the site much anymore so let's see if this upgrade can inspire me to write! It's been years!
