I haven't been on here in so long! I lost my kitten who was my best friend a few days ago and he was only two months old. I am really hurting about his lost and I even saw him lying there dead which was worse. Also my birthday is next week...
I'm sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is a very painful thing to go through. I know from experience. It won't stop hurting soon, but the pain will fade a little over time. *Frown*

What are free publishing services that will publish your book for free?
I don't know off hand. Was digging through pages in a group i am a member of to see if there is. If interested it is "On Our Own: Indie-publishing Group"

Are you talking about eBooks or print? For eBooks, you can use Smashwords.com which will distribute everywhere except Amazon and Createspace for Amazon. Both are free. Royalties vary. (On Our Own group owner)

My name is Courtney and I am seventeen years old. I suffer from major depression and anxiety. I self-harm to distract myself from the inner pain by giving myself outer pain. I damaged my skin and torture myself because I am insecure. I barely have any friends, always getting made fun of by the way I look and speak. I believe that I am ugly and worthless. Because of things I have been told since I was twelve years old. I attempted suicide three times and survived every time. I am fighting every day from the urge of hurting myself because I know I will get more friends, and be liked. That is how my poetry came in. To be able to express my feelings in a positive way instead of damaging my body.

You can earn them in many ways. It depends on what you want to be given. For gift points, doing reviews are a wonderful way to be awarded, especially if you join a review group, then you get rewarded from WDC AND the review group. If you are looking to earn a merit badge, you can join contests, make donations to contest groups (see each groups requirements), and things like that. There are also some non-contest groups that award based on participation.
Oh, also, if you click on "Read and Review" to the left side of your screen, you can get even better gift point rewards, plus, if you do a lot of reviews that are credited, you may just earn a merit badge for being one of the top rewarded reviewers. I encourage you to join a review group, to help you earn more and have a higher chance of earning a Merit Badge for this. I am a member of a few review groups. It is best to look for one to help you learn how to do a proper review, if you aren't too sure about that topic.
