Merry Christmas T.
I forgot to tell you that I am making a creative memory scrap book of him. This is your life from birth to now. I hope seeing his entire life spread out before him will bring happiness to him. I am doing it so he can "see" how much love and laughter, including the ups and downs life brings us letting him know that we survived those moments mainly due to his love and support. I could use some advice though. Do you feel that this will bring him joy or sadness? It doesn't end with an ending though. It is more like at this time we are having of those downs life brings us and that this to will pass. HOPE!
That's a wonderful idea. *Smile*
Hi! Just an update on Dad. His spirits are better I know it's due to the Zoloft (anti-depressant). However, physically he is very weak because he's a stubborn and proud man who won't do his physical therapy daily. Last week Monday after dialysis (he can only drive there it gives him a sense of independence) he fell on the bottom of the deck. He landed on his bottom in the rain. Dad couldn't reach his cell phone so he laid there for two hours getting soaked. After 6 hours at the hospital we were relieved to hear nothing was broken. Mom and I told him how unsafe it was for him to drive. At least for awhile. Not in the winter though. I continue to be scared and sad. He's my Dad and part of me is missing him already. I know he is scared and sad too. Thanks all you who have asked about us. I appreciate it more than you know. Z
