Fridays..sometimes we eat too much during the
week especially bad foods then we end up tired
or sick. There are those who go for more. Friday
going into the weekend. Dessert ending up on
someone else plate..they eat it all.
Interesting poem. Maybe I should learn to be a
better chef
The words "sorry looking" leaves me wondering.
When I read the poem, I'm thinking she's very down,
not looking or feeling her best. She's looking for
blame and pinned it on her husband. Her husband,
a man how loved her dearly and his country.
I think one lean a lot about themselves when life brings
a turn on the road.
"At first she called him scum..His breath had smelt of rum"
This lady had a bad outlook in the beginning. It seems the
guy was fighting more than one war.
The man dies and all she can think about is blame "Causing
her to forever live with a heart in mourn to cry" while she's
"Daydreaming of the day she sat single."
Maybe she's thinking how wonderful it was to have a man
teach her so much about living. Now she must walk "alone"
he's gone and shes scared. Going back can bring
comfort to a lonely heart. She loved him dearly.
Now she fights her own war. The one within.
"Who is better, black or white?" I think we carry some
of both. If you are talking skin..again..I say according to
what Ive learned..we are both. IF you are talking negatives
or positives...once more..they are everywhere..inside and out.
BUT how one reacts to this is the difference. Each individual
controls their own actions. These behaviors turn our wheels
into the journey ahead. When we remember "our good Lord" and
respect the Gods of others THEN "We all live in His bliss."
You seem angry and blaming God for it.
Why do you call yourself a clown? Are you
wearing a painted face. Maybe this "trickery runs deeper."
Wash away all the unwanted color and you'll find truth.
Sometimes one can't seem to find answers or understanding
so they punish themselves in agony, frustration and sadness.
Believe in something positive and one will find something more
than suffering. I agree with you.."we are not all we can be"
We allow what is and will be without change. "For as we live life"
we walk in the way we think.
"For death is the true birth we all seek." Why live that death now.
Enjoy that "amusement park for the Gods." I'm sure they'll let you
slide :)

I have cinnamon essential oil about the house..the scent is amazing.
Green takes me to spring..running water..creek..rocks..green leaves after a rain and a friendly dragon.

I like this piece on green. I never thought of Christmas as green I guess because I grew up in the white snow :)

I think your poem is neat. "Slowly I am succumbing to my decision" that you are

I feel frustration in this poem. These people who aren't "listening" my be
hearing but the words you speak are not music to their ears.
When they do understand and " it's your turn" "to listen",
will you appreciate their idea of perception? Will you "do the same"
for them by opening your listening skills and appreciate the help
given.

"Petals and thorns he carried like a rose." I love that.
Said so nicely :) Some would say the thorns are
the negatives but nobody is perfect. I think it gives
us the character of who we are.
Our thorns tell others that we have lived.
No matter what the situation is, there's a positive along with
a negative. Sometimes people tend to get into the negatives
more and we both know one can get a sore eye from that.
The Hawthorn family can testify to this :)
Sometimes we are blinded by its beauty.
Proverb: "He who wants a rose must respect the thorn" I love that
too. I believe good can come from a negative. We need to look
for the positive before we can smell the fragrance of its beauty.

I believe this. We seem to walk in our needs and wants.
There's an energy that radiates and it attracts our desires.
Its like a fire. It lights the way for those to see. The scent draws
them in too. We may not realize its there. If we long for something
then its burning inside. One day it might approach and this is the
true test.
"Now this love I feel burns me like a fire" I like this.
I know you speak of God "as the call of Christ lifts you higher and higher"
that's great. :) Its never ending. No matter what happens, one mustn't let
that go. Keep Christ tied to your heart so he can lift your soul :)
I really like this poem a lot. It reveals enlightenment.
God spoke to you and you felt "empowered". You became
energized. Finding knowledge, understanding and gaining
wisdom is truly like no other feeling. It clicks, rolls..sailing
begins after a long time waiting. Its called in Gods time.
We don't need to ask him why or when. He knows what's best.
When one understands this, they have faith.

things wide open. One will follow the light then step into the shadows.
The spirits guide the way. They see the blindness through our
vision. When things look dim its hard to focus but knowing
the song is "only a hope away" prepares the dance.
You're saying Jesus was in love with Mary.
This could be true when one thinks about it.
Jesus was born in the flesh. He had to deal
with emotions like the rest of us. I know he
had/has tremendous strength and faith. If God
says his son had nothing to do with Mary, I'd
believe him. I can understand how one wonders about
the maybes. Would it be so terrible if Jesus
did have a girl friend. Would he take on a different that would cause
another crucifying experience? that I wonder.
I can say... Mary loved Jesus. Jesus loves and
looks for the good..drives out the evil if we allow him.

drama then just as they do now.
