i really liked this!i can honestly say that i relate in so many ways. its so easy after forgiving someone for what they put you through to go right back to it. The actual statistic is that a woman will leave thier partner 9 times andreturn each time before actually throwing in the towel for good. i know what its like to be beat down in more than just a physical way and yes we should forgive but i cannot say the same thing about forgetting. What abused women go through, once we come to the realization that we dont deserve this and we learn from our mistakes, it makes us a stronger person!! keep pushing on and know that you are beautiful and worth so much more than the back of somebodys hand or hurtful words!!!! and keep writting youre good!
the way you put your words was intriguing. however i found it a bit confusing. i can see where you were going with this but i had to read it a couple times to understand it. maybe it was your goal to make the reader think? As i was reading i thought you were talking about then beauties of nature and the love of her own natural symphony and then it led a whole new direction. Im not sure what the intent was of this poem. over all though i thought it was pretty good and youre a very smart person to be able to put your words together like that!!! i can see talant!
