I am trying to read others works and came upon yours. I really like this story and can so relate it to many people. As I am getting older now I want to tell the stories of all the people like your nameless old man.

I can feel what you have gone through. A helping hand from someone is a good feeling when I have felt alone. It was nice someone reached out to me and I reading your poem reminded me that I felt good when someone reached out to me at a time I really needed their help. Don't stop writing what you feel I think it helps someone heal sometimes more than speaking does.

It sounds like you went through a break up. It must have been hard. Keep writing to express your feelings. I am new at reviewing so I am trying to read others writing. I found you when I pulled up reviews.
I will keep reading. When you get where you are going I think you will have a nice story. I too am not sure where I want my writing to end up; I just know I have to write.

I was afraid to write Beautiful Friday night Music. I just read Barbara and I wanted to know more of the story. Was it true how what was your relationship etc. Memory is very strange I love the line of yours. My memories I wonder if they are real or am I getting better at fiction.
