What a lovely story! Brought tears to my eyes. It reminded me of the morning my Father passed away. The morphine given him for pain that night had put him in a coma, but before that he had kissed and told my Mother how much he loved her and the 45 yrs they had been married. Even though your story was short it was full of emotion and depth. I enjoyed reading it.
