This poem felt very deep, very personal. It felt like truth. Bravo- that can be very difficult to achieve.

I like the concept of blood changing color according to its experience or state, I feel that is a central visual and core to the poem.

I think some of the lines are a little wordy- particularly the twelfth. The poem feels raw, which I like- but could run a little more smoothly.

This poem is honest and real. I really liked it.

This poem felt like a wistful memory to me. It evoked familiarity and solidity.

I felt it did not flow as well as it could because certain lines, particularly the fourth and seventh, struck me as wordy and a little condensed.

I enjoyed reading this poem as it was a comfort and written in a lovely way.

I loved reading this poem. Not only written in a way both accessible and honest- you brought me on a quiet journey of meaning.

I felt that the first aspect of the poem was a bit wordy and could be smoothed out. Though, by the end I had become very connected to the words.

To describe life with the grace of simplicity is a difficult feat and I feel you did this, here. Good job.
