Exactly how I feel about my work when you can't make the mental align with the result. Sadly, technology seems to throw any amount of manual handiwork into the computerised matrix, and teachers grimace as art is replaced by easily accessible smartphones, pads and artistic apps. Might as well watch Netflix instead. That's my interpretation anyway. Great poem!
A beautiful tragic fantasy about a merman. Brilliant use of language and ends with a searing sense of grief and loss. I assumed it was going to be erotica as there were hints before but the unexpected ending changes the tone somewhat.
