Being a child of a broken home this piece touched me. I empathised with the speaker in this poem. One could really feel the speaker's sadness and confusion about the end of his/her marriage. I particulary liked that the poem ends on a strong, final, decisive note in the last stanza. Write on!

I was deeply touched by the deep love and deep hurt expressed in this poem. There's nothing that hurts more than watching the one you love give their love to somebody else. My sympathies to you and keep on writing. This was a beautiful written piece.

Review of Sanctuary

This is beautifully written poem. It really shows the loneliness and alienation that the speaker feels. he or she feels that no one would mourn for him or her when he or her passes on. The speaker seems to make peace with the fact that there won't be the traditional light at the end of the tunnel. keep on writing.

Review of Losses

OK I will admit that I don't understand a lot of this poem but something in it moved me. So i'll give credit to that because if a piece of art doesn't make you feel anything, the artist isn't doing their job right. I couldn't decide if you were for the war in Irag or not but by the last stanza seems to end on a tragic note.

My advice is keep on writing and write about what you know best and what you feel. and forget the rest.

Review of Do you?

I found this to be a cold but moving piece. I can relate to what the speaker is trying to tell the reader. I'm sorry for any sadness that you feel and I hope that one day you'll be able to wake up with out a fight.

I found this to be a very powerful piece from start to finish. It was straight to the point and I particularly liked the last stanza that shows "lesson' (if you can call it that) with a question. write on!

This was quite an interesting piece for me to read. I've never read a piece where the speaker mentions his or her connection to their animal spirit. The rhythm and the structure of the poem showed how tangled the speaker's thoughts are and their main focus is just to get away from what they fear most. The speaker also shows the reader the strong connection between him/her and the animal spirit.

All in all a well written piece :)

Even though I am not a religous person I can still understand the lesson that is presented in this poem. What I did like with this piece was that it spoke of god's love in a compassionate and honest manner.

I smiled to myself reading this piece. It is original and amusingly honest! A poem that condems bad poetry! certainly deserves all 5 stars as this was a truly honest poem!

This song brought tears to my eyes as I read it. It was something simple and sweet.

This was a disturbing;y beautiful piece. That shows the cruelty that women can be subjected to still in this modern world. I admire the non-apologetic manner in which the story was told and I keep this piece close my heart.

I thought this was a really moving poem. The speaker seems to be comforted by the humble insignificance of the human condition and decides only to live as he/she would want to live.
