I liked the idea behind your poem, and I loved the last two lines. Also, building a relationship between time and the crime that wasn't committed was nice, but maybe you could've made it more clear. I mean I didn't quite get the relationship of time with the story. Also, you could try to use some more literary devices; for instance, irony would suit to the theme of your poem.
Overall it is a nice piece of work.
