I really like this poem. Its simple, needless words do not get in the way and leaves gaps for the readers imagination to let loose. At the same time the images you create are really beautiful. The lonely boat drifting up the sure, the passiong girl, the hungery soul returned from the oblivin of the ocean. These images are age-old and sing to me of the tales of Arthur and Albion. I can also see these as a follow up to D.H Lawrences 'Ship of Death' If you havn't read it do. In this poem you seem to have tapped in to the same energy line. Your hint of ryhme is very clever aswell, although perhaps you could try making the ryhme scheme more structured in an attmept to give the poem a more song like quality. One can imagine the bards of old singing such poetry in caverns of the ancient kings. Either way well done, a great poem.
