Life's lessons can stick with you like it was yesterday. Nice story and good writing. I've learned the best thing to do with "earned" knowledge is to take the good (the message or principle) and leave the negative (the feelings of shame or regret). Good luck and thanks for sharing.

I love the premise of your poem and the tribute to the Great Almighty. This is an insightful piece and sounds like it comes from personal experience. There are some grammatical errors that impede the flow of the words and sentences. I'd be happy to re-rate the piece if you choose to correct them. Thanks.
