Hello
That was a great story, and a good healthy attitude. In it your saying if you do not set a resalution, and you do keep your word. Then you do not have to worry about the stress of what was exspected of you!
If you go on and do what you have to do...make the best of what you do. You will be more relaxed. The world will not seem as though it is coing at you all at once. If you can clean up what you messed up. You will have room for the new.
