Very well written. It's true, too, that many of us get too carried away with the commercial side of christmas that we forget the true meaning of the day.
Such an avid description of what music is, was, could be, will be, should be, must be and ought to be. Likewise the appreciation of the listener/musician. Above all, a strong message to all in the light that the world can become one like a beautiful orchestral piece instead of jittery abstractions of a second rate 'one man band'. Brilliant.
I liked this, it has a real 'coward of the county' feel to it. Upon reading it a second time, the rhythm flowed so much better when I actually had the story in my head. Well done, mate.
