I really enjoyed reading this story. It's a unique idea, the bits of historical information are a nice touch, and the dialogue is well-placed and keeps the story flowing. There were some spots that were confusing though, especially when the point of view and location seem to change abruptly. The end also left me wondering why a doctor would bother saying such awful stuff to a brain damaged patient, it sounds more like something he would tell a nurse, another doctor, or an investigator. Hope this helps =)
