It was a little, "Alice in wonder-landy", I wonder if that is what you were trying for? I felt a little tossed about? I think a little re-reading would help. Is it that the person was imagining the worm and blood river while under for some medical procedure. It's hard to establish a story line in 300 words. My advice is always; revise,revise, revise.

I was going to update my goal yesterday, but then I read the"small print". I thought this was meant to be encouraging and I felt I was being judged because my goals were not big enough?
