I love the message. I can feel the positive hope and joy when I read it. To make it a more rich essay, I would advise using personal experience for the maintaining happiness, and self actualization points. I feel it will make all the other statements throughout the essay all the more relatable and tangible.

Overall I truly enjoyed it. I'd like to hear more on how you personally were led to these conclusions.
