That was a wonderful retelling with more modern language. I have read the poem several times and have the book and audiobook. It stands (atleast with me) with the Iliad and the Odyssey and you did justice to it, I look forward to reading the next chapters! Bravo!
Very vivid and without being overly wordy either! The story took a life of its own as I read and the characters were memorible. They were also colorful and 3 dimensional. All a very fun read.
