Wow. This poem is great because you can apply it's ideas / messages / thoughts to a multitude of other subjects in life. I love the brutality of this piece because it's making a statement. Well done!

I love the positivity in this poem in the face of all that is negatively viewed by the narrator. Despite the circumstances, the narrator keeps their head up because they know this is all temporary. The memories this place brings are all cherished and that is what keeps them going. Well done, I enjoyed this.
