I read this 4 or 5 times - each time I found it touching a chord deep within myself, a chord I cannot explain or maybe fear too.
This has many meanings and will touch many people in differing ways.

Review of Being Bipolar

I found this informative, well written and in tune with what happens in Bipolar Affective Disorder. Being a sufferer myself, I understand well the truth of what the author is saying. We can be obsessive -they usually do over medicate us , but we are strong , strong enough at most times to survive , to realize life's small blessings and see the beauties in little things and events , most would ignore.
We truly march to the beat of a different drum. The spelling could be touched up a tad , but to me this just minor carping as the strength and honesty of this article shine through.
I would personally reccomend to this author- keep writing, we need to educate the ignorant about us.

readingthis short story has definitelyintrigued me-i like the imagery , the descriptions of physical and mental exhaustion bordering on despair. yet somehow this still gives hope as it illuminates one mans struggle to constantly come to grips with who he is , where he came from and where he does not belong. this piece is very enjoyable-as is-it allowed me to explore this through the characters eyes while being aware there was more to be read and enjoyed. i would dearly love to read the finished product as i think this is worthy of more being done to it in a similar vein. insanityrules.

i've broken my own rules with this as it is very factual and also extremely truthful. the truthfulness as described exists-it can be denied or refuted but it is there foe everyone.
why this works so well for me is not the brevity-i would that it were a tad longer myself-it is the descriptive power of the emotions involved. the raw emotion that fills everyone in a situation of fear. as i stated for me this worked and was in it's way , magical. i gave it 4.5 because of this. insanityrules.
