Love this!
I find poetry hard to criticize because I view it as a form of art, and each artist uses words in their own way. However, if I were to make one suggestion, it would be to change "me" to "myself" in the first line of the second stanza. I say this because it's a grammar thing.
Other than that, though, I love the idea of this piece: the "butterfly effect." How many of us have had our moments of "what if?" You captured it very well.
