I see what you did there :)
I had believed Fae was an outcast searching, longing, for any friend and found refuge in another outcast, albeit long since forgotten. I pictured her sitting under the willow pondering her life, yearning for a real friend. I pictured her mulling her thoughts of the haunts and their intentions while rolling a peach pit around her tongue.
I pictured a playful ghoul, almost pictured him as Casper.
Then you threw me for a loop! I so enjoy when things take a twist.
I really enjoyed this. Keep it up!
