Could every second line do without 'Its'?


It’s too late to say you sorry
too late to say please accept your apology

The senteces sounds a little wrong too, unless this is some poet's liberty I don't undestand. I think it should be something like,

It's too late to say "I am sorry"
too late to accept your apology

OR

It's too late to say you are sorry
too late to say "Accept my apology"


It's good, work on it and develop it. All the best.
