I not only like the thoughts of the poem, but the way that you have put it together. What woman in her right mind would be able to refuse something as sweet and warm.. I have read many of your poems and find them to be generally about pain and being alone, but I have read the ones that are happy and hopeful as well, even if they are few and you do them very well.. I see that the poems that show pain seem to get the reviews however.. So I will try never to miss one that is happy, so that you know they are appreciated, even if by only a few.

I am sure that this touched a great many.. If it has not yet then surely it will.. The growing number of people that can identify with this is such a great shame. It from personal experience this was brought then I feel for you and the child that you were.. if it is from personal knowledge of someone else, then I feel for them just as deeply. You have touched upon a sad thing.. and yes, it is so.. But there is always hope.

A simple thing snow and sunries. I enjoy the fact that you have taken the time to put down some thoughts of other than the sad and difficult thoughts that plague everyday life. I see so very much of the sorrowful and depressing that every once in a while it is very refreshing to see something with a happy overtone.. I enjoy your work and hope that you keep posting.

I truely enjoy the flow that you created in this work.. the way that it connects. I honestly believe that you are quite adept at wording.. There is still the sadness within your writing, but I was very pleased to see that the overall was a happy mood this time. I do hope that you continue your work, I enjoy it very much.

An optimist of course would say that the person took the kitten home, and a pessimist would say that the person took the kitten into the water. I like that you have left it up to the reader to make the decision, it is very clever.. I am sure that you have been asked of course which you would have chosen..
I am a statistic breaker, even when not trying it seems my destiny.. I am either a pessimistic optimist, or an optimistic pessimist.. But in this case I would like to believe that they went home together, mostly because no matter the cruelties of life we face suicide, to me, never is the answer..
