This is lovely. It's poetry! And how ironic that time can encompass those very things, like an autumn breeze of the sensation of biting into a cookie--those very things are are, by nature, timeless.
There are those who say that time does not exist; it's just a concept that we've cooked up for ourselves so that people can buy tickets to a show and know when to get there. In which case, time could be nothing... and also, as you say, time is everything!
