I understand the sentiment of the poem, all too clearly. A sense of frustration and desperation is expressed, leaving the reader with a sense of desperation also. My recommendation would be to use ! sparingly. Read your poem out loud, as if you were shouting the phrases ending with ! Does it make sense to you? If so, leave them. If not, rethink it. Good luck!
