Review of lost kid

This story, as i am sure that you all ready know, is very strange. But forsome reason i really like it. The idea of doing something as normal and everyday as taking a jog and haveing something so strange as getting lost in a town you don't even recognize is apealing to me as a reader. Is this a true story or was it just a thought?
