Hi! My name is Laurie and i am giving this review as a simply positive member.First off the is is a very nice emotional piece.Thank you for sharing it. i love to read pieces like these that show emotion as they help me with my own writing.
Secondly I'd like to see puncuation to break up the different parts of the poem. Spacing is important as well like maybe space the poem out every three or four line whichever sounds better. All in all this could/would be a great piece for a contest if given a bit of rework. So on that note take these suggestions with a grain of salt they are only my opinion so take them or leave them. Again thank you for sharing your work with us.

It really struck home for me as I have a daughter who is into drugs and just this last weekend her boyfriend, a 17 yr. old took a drug over dose and died.
On that note. Again write it in poem form. Spaces after the commas. there were a few spelling errors and a couple of capitalizations that should be fixed. Make sure you use spell check when you write it's a great help. I would love to read more of your items. Keep on sharing with us these wonderful stories. Keep up the good work.

One of the errors i found was in the word (you're figure), which should be (your figure). I would like to see a bit more of a description into the characters of the story. Very nice. I think this is the first time I've reviewed any of your work. I love stories about the old west and this final letter home really depicts what the soldiers back then must of felt.
