This was a compelling read. I enjoyed the development of the concept of her emotions being intensified / out of control. The com pod idea worked well too. The lonely brave protagonist evoked wyndham very clearly for me, as did the choice of terms and 'patented' names

I really enjoyed this piece, the opening caught my attention and made me want to keep reading, at times I would have liked more attention given to individual characters, particularly the detectives at the beginning, I enjoyed this sequence and would have appreciated more dialogue between the men.
