Very nice. This reminds me a bit of one of my favorite books - The Dharma Bums - by Jack Kerouak, when he climbs the Matterhorn. If you have not read it, give it a look see.

Your writing is very expressive and inspirational. I am now dreaming of Mt. Sinai from my balcony in NYC.
